These terms are between you and MentalCraft, LLC. Using the site means you accept them and the use policy.

The service

You describe a tattoo idea; an AI model makes a design (see AI models). You buy a design with one payment, and then download it.

What you may do with a design

• Have it tattooed, print it, share it, and give it to your tattoo artist, who may adapt it.
• You may not use designs from this site to train AI models, or present them as drawn by a person.
• AI designs may resemble others and may not be protected by copyright; we don't promise that a design is unique.

Limits

A design is a reference for your artist, not medical or professional advice. Your artist decides what can be tattooed safely and how it will age. We provide the site as it is, and our liability is limited to what you paid for the design in question.
