Change this in Settings: "Help our research" and your other privacy choices are in Settings.

MentalCraft, LLC runs this site. We keep only what we need to make, sell and deliver designs, and to stop abuse.

What we keep

• Your idea and the choices you made, and the designs made from them.
• If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and account id.
• For daily limits: a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
• Content-check results for each request, to enforce the use policy.
• Which designs were bought and refunded (the payment itself stays with our payment partner).
• When you order: the email address you give at checkout, used only to send you the link to your order and to answer you.
• Counts of the steps people take — pages opened, tools used, designs configured, checkouts, payments — to see what helps. In the US they carry the same one-way hash of your IP address; in the EU, the UK and Switzerland each step is counted on its own and never linked to another, unless you turn on "Help our research" (below). If you switch research off, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, your steps are never linked anywhere.

What we don't keep

• Photos you add: kept privately with your order only until your three versions are drawn, then deleted; they are never shown to anyone.
• Pictures you turn into a stencil in the stencil maker: they never leave your device.
• Card details: we never see them.
• Advertising cookies or cross-site tracking: we use none. Our two cookies only remember your own designs on this device (90 days) and your research choice (a year).

Who helps us

• Cloudflare: hosting, storage, the AI model that draws simple designs, and the check that you are a person (Turnstile).
• Google: the AI model that draws designs with names, bouquets or a photo, and sign-in if you choose it.
• Stripe, through Link: checkout and payment, as merchant of record — your receipt says "Sold through Link".
• Resend: sends the email with the link to your order.
• OpenAI: a safety check of your words, your photo and each generated image before it is shown.
• PostHog, in the EU: the counts of steps described above.

Research

We study how people use LastingLine — which choices lead to a design they keep — to improve the experience. Findings may be published in aggregate, never with anything that identifies you.

• Who: MentalCraft, LLC. Research data is never sold.
• What: the steps described above — the styles you pick, how often you redraw, the price you were shown and whether you buy — linked to each other by the one-way hash of your IP address. Never your name, email, words, photo, IP address or payment details.
• How long: 12 months.
• Your switch: "Help our research", in Settings. Its line there reads: "Allow us to study your choices here to improve LastingLine, without your name or email." It is on by default; in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it starts off and you can turn it on. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, your steps are never linked, whatever the switch says. It never changes your price or your design.
• Leaving: switch it off at any time; from then on nothing is linked or studied, and what was studied before is dropped the next time the research data is prepared. To have it deleted now, write to us (below). Each time you switch, we note the choice, the wording you saw and the time, under the same one-way hash.

Your choices

You can use the generator without an account. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser and your visits are counted without anything that links them. To see or delete what we keep about you, write to support@lastingline.com. To leave the research, switch off "Help our research" in Settings.
