Refunds

What one payment includes

You pay once, then our generator (how) makes three versions of your design. You can ask for two redraws, and a name or word that comes out misspelled is fixed without using one, up to three times. You pick the version you want and get its files. Nothing renews and nothing is added to your order.

When we refund

• The file doesn't download, or is broken.
• The file is not the version you picked.
• Your tattoo artist can't work from the files. Tell us what they said.
• You were charged twice, or charged for something you didn't order.

Ask within 14 days of paying, from your order page or by email; we reply within 2 business days. Because you pick the version yourself, a change of mind after picking is not refunded. A refund removes the download.

How to ask

Write to support@lastingline.com with the email you paid with. Payments are processed by Stripe, through Link, as merchant of record; refunds go back to the way you paid. The seller is MentalCraft, LLC.
